The Security and Protection You Want
All participants' payments (above any non-refundable deposits) are placed
in an special account, and are used exclusively for actual tour costs. In addition,
all group organizers and sponsoring organizations (including school
districts and school boards) are automatically protected by a multi-million
dollar liability insurance policy.
Voyageur's easy-to-understand price guarantee policy is one
of the most reasonable in the travel industry! All
program prices are guaranteed* (certain restrictions apply) for participants
paying in full according to the following schedule:
- 60 days before departure for trips departing October 2007 - February 2008
- December 15, 2007 for trips departing March - April 2008
- January 15, 2008 for trips departing May 2008
- February 15, 2008 for trips departing June 2008
- March 15, 2008 for trips departing July - August 2008
